Well, I can confirm that this glitch was solely due to IE11 - cos its not there in Opera. Now I can attach image after typing some text too

The upload pic button has always been finicky. It was a hit or miss, but if you Go Advanced it works all the time.

I just edited this post with IE11 on my Lumia with no problem.

Okay, I've turned it OFF from Windows Features after unchecking Internet Explorer from "Set program access & computer defaults" for web browsing.

Now , one doubt remaining - What will happen to the monthly patches for Internet explorer from now on , will it be in the Updates list in Windows Updates for me? Do I have to install the Internet Explorer patches (if any) that come to me in Tuesday patch?

I was just curious about the monthly patches to IE, that's all. :)
