An old Chieftec Dragon Tower... Now that brings back memories of all kinds.
Used to be my first non beige Tower ( oh the joy of black )
Used to be my first Tower to hold a Water Cooled System
Used to be my last System I took with my to a LAN Party
Used to be more lightweight than my current 900D T_T

Its really good stuff,its been through drills and cuts and bruises all over,handcrafted to the last rivet.This case is considered "closed".
Next build,maybe X79,SLI a couple of 680,an 840 EVO,a man can dream,cant he,after all,i am only proud to be Greek,not exactly enjoying it being one,know what I mean ?

I have a 500GB EVO 840 for my important games, but I didn't bench it.

My main SSD is a Intel 520S 240GB and my first one was a 120GB Vertex-3, which is still alive in my wife's rig, even that there were some bad publicity back then as well, but I never had any issues with it.

I only went for the EVO, because I already spent heaps on my GPU's + PSU and didn't want to pay even more to get the 840 Pro, especially where the difference in performance is not really large.

It's not like I would buy every now and then a new SSD, but as all the games are getting bigger and bigger, the 240GB one was just not large enough anymore.

For games like BF3 / BF4 / ARMA3 you need a SSD, because in BF you will spawn later into the game and everyone is already gone with all the vehicles etc. and in ARMA3 it's needed to get a bit smoother gameplay, because the game-engine is such a rubbish.

Thanks, guys! The motherboard shares the same compartment with the cables, but I tucked almost all of the cables behind the board as the Corsair 650D has a lot of space back there. I love the GTX 970, it's significantly faster than the GTX 760 and 770 and cost just a little more.
