I am trying to fix my internet problem and have tried everything, going into the CMD and renewing everything. Still not working. Can anyone help

What exactly is the problem
1). Is your internet down?
2). Is your ISP working?
3). Do you have an IP address?
4). Do you have DNS resolution....can you ping things by number. for example, ping 8.8.8.8?

I believe it was a problem with the router somehow, but more likely the internet provider, seeing that no ones computer or phones where working
