Good day!
I am new to this forum site and I hope I placed this topic in the correct section. I have this problem. I re-sized my Windows 8 partition size because I think it was too small. I was not able to backup my files (yes I know I'm stupid for being lazy to do that.). After the process, when I try to login to my account, the "Welcome" screen takes forever to load. Tried Safe Mode, System Restore, Startup Repair, but no luck.
If you suggest that I re-install Windows 8, is there anyway for me to get back the Apps I downloaded? I can still access Windows 8 partition because of my other OS.
Thanks in advance !
