Pop up windows not getting focus

This is quite annoying me for a long time, things like confirmation dialog box, file copy Window do not get in front most of the times, either its focus is lost or it pops up behind the current Window. The only way to see those boxes is to click them separately in task bar.

I think many of us should hav this problem, hope I put up the problem with right words

Oh glad there are few with this problem, I think there is no workaround for this unless Microsoft fixes it. So is there a way to file/report a bug officially?

Hi. I recently reinstalled Windows 8.1 and noticed this white box around a tile or setting when I hover over it. It's like accessiblity or something but I didn't change any settings than what I usually do. This has never happened on any older Installations before. I think it may have imported a...
Hello all. I just noticed this issue on my computer a few days ago and it's been bothering me. Some of the icons for the tiles on my Windows 8 are blurry. It's nothing major, but they're not as crisp or high resolution as I remember. It's only noticeable when the live tiles are either turned off,...
