Shortcuts to Startup?

I've searched through pages of entries but did not see this. I want to use a shortcut that contains command line options for pageant and have it start when my system boots/I log on.

But I can't figure out how to get anything but apps into startup.

Is this even possible anymore?

I apologize if this thread exists, I searched through 4 pages of entries ... perhaps my search skills are lacking.

You should put it in the startup folder, just like in windows 7. %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
