Solved Windows Double Explorer takes too long to start

Windows Double Explorer (WDE) takes too long to start on 2 year old windows 8 laptop with 4GB RAM but on 8 year old windows 7 laptop with 3GB RAM, it starts in no time

i have check windows task manager, WDE dont consume too much memory or CPU resources when starting

i doubled my RAM from 4GB to 8GB and WDE starts in no time
