This thing come out everytime I press ALT+D and I have tried to turn it off even shut my shortcut key down but still unwork.It looks like Alt+D is the keyboard shortcut for your screenshot software.
What screenshot software do you have installed, or is it the Windows own built-in one. Open up your screenshot software and check in the options if you can change the shortcut key strokes.

This problem was not appear in the beginning so I think the screenshot software was not built -in but I don't have install any other screen software too.
