Error 0x0000034 after deleted all partitions

Hi! When I installed Windows 8, before that I needed to create partitions and format them but I did a mistake and deleted all of them also the system one, but then I installed Windows 8, was ok. Now I needed to format all HDD and when I started PC, Error 0x0000034 appears, see here:

How can I solve this?

Insert your setup media and boot from that media's drive.. Then you can delete every partition and allow the windows media to install to the unallocated disk free space
