So my laptop has this issue thing where when I move it around too much, it decides to shut off windows without any warning / crashes sometimes. So as I carried it downstairs today, it did it again only this time when I started it up.. it gave me the Acer logo and gave me my selected color for the lockscreen (mine being light blue) if you know what I'm talking about. If I press basically any key, it'd flicker black or become black unless I press another key I think and it'd revert to the light blue screen. I tried fixing it in every way. I pressed ESC a bunch of times to load up the InsydeH20 Setup Utility and tried spaming f12 to go to the boot menu but nothing works. My laptop's dead. And this is important if I will get any help or replies, I'm only 14. Me and my dad tried fixing it earlier but again to no avail. If you need photos of my laptop, my screens on the InsydeH20 Setup Utility (Information, Main, Security, Boot, Exit) please ask and I will take some. Also for people who have used this insydeh thing, my boot in the boot tab reads UEFI which I can change to Legacy but if I do and save changes and exit it'll give me a black screen that says:

Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 083)

This Product is covered by one or more of the following patents:
US6, 570, 88, US6, 115, 776 and US6, 327, 625

Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Series v2.59 (01/13/14)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable

PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM.
No bootabke device -- insert boot disk and press any key.

Now if I press any key.. it gives me a repeat of the screen.

if you will answer and help me (please do), don't suggest anything relating to CD's and DVD's cause this crap laptop doesn't have a DVD drive thing. Thanks for your help and I'd like it ASAP, I really want to continue using my laptop.

    I don't know.
Welcome to the forum. It's trying to boot from the network so either the hard has died , it's loose or it just needs bios resetting go into the bios and set the hard drive as first boot device if it doesn't see the hr it could be dead but as you say it goes off when moved it may just be loose
