Greetings!
Recently after i turn on the PC , after about half an hour all the Windows connected applications start flickering, this including all folders, Windows task bar and so on... as shown in the image.
I reinstalled the drivers, used 2 antiviruses and malware detectors. (adware, nod 32)
If anyone encountered this help me out please
