I have gaming lenovo (Which the screen is currently broke atm unfortunately and due to my bi-weekly pay period,It will stay that way until i get paid at the end of the month...) The specs are pretty good,it's a gaming laptop so why wouldn't they be right? Well, I the biggest problem I have with it is space. I only have 250GBs on my C: Drive which is honestly ridiculous because i do alot other then gaming so i need more and i want 500GB. How can i go about getting the upgrade? Is it even possible without losing everything?

Depends on what type of drive you have and/or what you want to replace it with ...

for SSD allow $1 per GB, for a more traditional drive you should allow around half of the cost or less,

Another option if you are looking for data storage is an external drive which are available at a reasonable cost, possible around the same as for the conventional internal drive will get you twice the capacity.

The major issue you will have is the transfer of you existing contents to the new drive. You will need to clone the old drive onto the new. Unfortunately this requires the two drives to be active at the same time which is not normally possible with a laptop - so you may be best served by contacting a local technician who would be able to both advise and perform the work, at a cost of course
