Computer freezes for a few seconds and makes videos freeze

Hi, recently my laptop has been freezing every minute or so for a few seconds, especially when I stream videos. It's very annoying and I feel like its getting worse everyday. Videos will pause for 20-60 seconds but the audio will continue to keep playing. I've ran a full scan on kaspersky but nothing was detected. It mostly happens when I click a link or when I'm streaming a video, and also when I'm scrolling down a page. I ran task manager and nothing seems to be using too much CPU. I still have 403GB of space left.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB
System Type: 64bit Operating System

If anyone could help me solve this problem I will greatly appreciate it, thanks.

I have the same issue after waking up from sleep mode.
