This is driving me nuts! Every time I try to run the Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware (premium) on my Windows 8.1 Dell laptop, I get a freeze and then a blue-screen shutdown and restart with the above message. If I can get past the "update" button, the Malware program runs fine and performs well. Their support people tell me this is a Windows problem and has nothing to do with their program, but it only happens when I try to run Malware. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? :cry:
