After logging into windows, instead of the desktop im being presented with a black screen, plus a small window (see screenshot). You can't see it in the pic but it just says 'Win..'. The box can't be resized. When clicking the 'x' the black screen remains and the only way for me to shut down is via ctrl alt del.
Before experiencing this problem, I had just finished removing the System Healer virus/malware using the steps on this link https://malwaretips.com/blogs/system-healer-removal/
