    Need Help!

    Hey Guys

Long story short, am having this issue in Win 8. Few days back I accidentally disable some service/s. Now I cant do anything like extract zip files, exe files and other program like say Jetboost, I cant restore anything to previous date. Only thing I can still do is browser net, cant play any music, video etc. Tried to reset but cant go to safe mood as well...
Now I dont know what to do next. Tried upgrading to win 10 as well but wasnt able too. Plz see the attached pixl if that helps.

Plz guy I need help to resolve this problem, much appreciated.

Can you still use File Explorer?
Do you or can you get, and ISO of Windows 8(.1)?
Then you try a repair install.

I can but cant do anything, as I mention above same error message pops up.

Perhaps there might be some other way to replace existing Services.msc. Btw, I cant run cmd or any other exe files WITH Admin privilege.

Can you still get back into services?
If yes go to Black Viper's site for the settings here: Black Viper’s Windows 8 Service Configurations – Black Viper | www.blackviper.com

Have you been backing up your files(and any keys for installed software you might need), before this happened?
Because if you absolutely cannot use admin privileges, you probably have to reinstall windows.
If your stuff isn't backed up to another disk or to the cloud(i.e. OneDrive), do you know how to use a Linux live disk/usb environment? Then you can move your data files(music, docs, pictures, videos, and such) to an external drive, and then reinstall.
I hate to say it, but, you've "broke" your OS.
I've done it enough, testing things out, until I learned to make system images before starting something.

Take a look at Option 2 in this tutorial: Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable in Windows 8
