    Start and crash the boot process 3 time in a row, by starting(not restarting) and then as booting starts, press & hold the power button.

    If that doesn't work, you can try holding shift down and choosing restart.

    Also in a normal command prompt(without admin privaleges) give: shutdown.exe /r /o

    Nothing is working so far!!! I can boot from command prompt but cant go in boot menu.

    As far as I know and can tell, you only have three options: Reinstall Windows, use System Restore to restore Windows to a point before you foolishly started to play with the services, or restore an earlier system image.

    To use System Restore or System Image Recovery you need to boot from Windows boot media (I doubt you can run them from desktop). Enter your language settings, click Next:

    Depending which restore method you choose, continue as told in these tutorials:


    If you have a system image made with a third party imaging application, you can of course also boot with its boot / rescue media and restore that image.
