Solved Where's The Tutorial For Click, Drag & Drop To Hard Drives

Hey, a few days ago I stumbled on this one tutorial by Brink, I believe, where there's a registry tweak to set up what happens when I click-drag a file to a different hard drive. Some guy complained about how it's oddly set up where a click-drag to the same hard drive is "Move", yet a click-drag to a different hard drive is "Copy".

I want to adjust the setting so a click-drag will be the same thing for every file to every drive. Where's that tutorial again?

Yup that's the one! Thanks so much. And yah, I thought this was on this forum's website, I was searching through the history of the Windows Eight forums in Chrome. Lol took me forever and cannot find the history of that tutorial... apparently it is in the Windows Ten forum. Lol, memory & logic fail on my part.
