Left computer sleeping every night, everything unresponsiv

I'm really sorry if this isn't the right place to ask about this. (also I ran out of space in the title...)

For months now I have been putting my computer in sleep mode instead of turning it off at night(there was no hibernate option anywhere), which I now know is bad, so for a while it was understandable that every time I used the computer, it was really unresponsive and every program kept freezing(not all the time, I could still use it but it was very often). But even after I started shutting down the laptop every night for two weeks now, everything is still unresponsive sometimes and it takes about half an hour before I can actually use my computer in the morning. I can't find my problem anywhere on the internet, so what can I do?

    Thank you for reading.

Downoad, install, run MiniToolBox and Piriform's Speccy; hold on to the logs they generate, let the regulars here tell how and what logs portions to post. School ISP not allowing javascript, can't see system specs. If desktop, have you done a yearly de-dusting and re-seating?

Oh sorry! I have a laptop. I'll download and run those things but I really don't know much about computers. I'm not sure what to do after this? Edit: I have the logs now!

Ok, all you can do now is patiently await the forum regulars, since my internet and time is so erratic.
