So I have my desktop setup so it auto-sign in. When I reboot my computer, it is usually extremely quick(Primary driver is Samsung 850evo) but once it gets to the desktop, it is unresponsive for up to 5 min. No startup applications load during this time(in the notification area of taskbar/no popups), I cannot open file explorer or task manager and RDP to this computer is not possible at this time. Then when it becomes responsive, all the startup applications load within 5-10 seconds and the computer runs perfect. I have gone through and disabled some startup applications that I didn't find necessary and this does not fix the issue. Also when I right click on taskbar, it responds but any options I choose such as task manager will not load until that 5-10 sec period where everything loads.
Anybody have an idea what this could be? I have never seen an issue like this before.
UPDATE - So sometimes 2 applications load immediately and then the rest load 5 min later. those 2 applications are TeamViewer and Samsung Magician.
UPDATE 2 - So I installed BootRacer and tested it:
Windows Boot - 6
Password Timeout - crossed out 0
Desktop - 243
