Solved Automatic repairs loop, Cant access desktop

My computer started doing automatic repairs, then goes to 'Diagnostics test' once it tries to start the test, the whole computer restarts, and continuously does the same thing over and over.

I can't reinstall windows because: "The Hard drive where windows is installed is locked"
I've run tests on EPSA and it says my hard drive is working perfectly

I can access CMD
CMD command 'C:' says hard drive is corrupt or unreadable

DSKCHK C: /f doesn't fix the problem
I'm running an alienware x51

Is their anyway i can fix this?
I'm open to any suggestions or answers thanks

I did a test using seatools, it said my HDD passed

Please do all tests.

Short test: passed
Long test: passed
Hard drive seems to be working fine from all the tests.

Create a WinPE: Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums

After creating WinPE, in command prompt in troubleshooting options run the command
restart into WinPE, locate the CBS.log which is in %systemroot%\Logs\CBS\, move this file onto a USB or something and upload the CBS.log so I can have a look at it assuming there are problems.

If Windows Resource Protection says that no integrity violations have been detected, you do NOT have to upload the CBS.log.

Thank you so much, With that link i did most of what you said, but when i ran it and got to the desktop i reformated the hdd and even though there were still errors, when i restarted my pc normally it fixed the error/bug where it would shut off after getting to diagnostic test, instead it went to the proper recovery built into the system and i was able to use alien respawn, to reinstall back to factory image!! but thank you so much for the tip on winPE!!!!
