How do I get a list of what shortcuts are assigned?

I'm on W10 pro and some program hijacked the print screen button which I had assigned to a screen capturing program(snagit) to. I'm unable to figure out which program took over the shortcut. How do I get it assigned back to Snagit?

Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide.

I believe that's OneDrive that took that key,

    You can go into settings,

You should be able to just uncheck this option in the settings,

For it to get released so your program can use it.

I had to do the same thing with screenpresso.

Thanks for the tip but that's not it. Infact I tried to set it to Onedrive after your tip. Checking it does not get saved. After setting it and clicking OK I opened Onedrive again but its unchecked.

Unchecked is what I was talking about doing, if that didn't release it then maybe some of the other suggestions here will help,

The OP is using the same program you are.
