Hi, I'm new to this and getting very frustrated with my asus notebook. It has windows 8 installed but I am stuck in the 'diagnosing your pc' and 'repairing your pc' loop.
I have accessed the blue boot screen by hitting F9 when loading but I get stuck at thatpoint. The notebook freezes after I select any of the 3 options From the menu. I want to access the troubleshoot option so I can restore my notebook to factory settings. Please can someone help me, it's not old and I'm unable to use it
