lost system32/config

lost some file in system32/config

hello all,

i have problem with my notebook asus bocause i delete some file in system32 with my antivirus.
the file is system polic(forget) lis .and it s cause several proble ( my sound card not detec, can not install file .exe)
and i just become user not administrator.
i can not using cd installation because there a file setup.exe ( need permission ) .

windows 8.1 asus forget version maybe xm 2000.

can you run eset?

and try to run it with Internet Explorer.. as much as that sucks..
