OK so then when I click "disable driver enforcement" my computer will restart with it off apparently correct? then I would install the driver.. and then when does it turn itself back on to "save me from myself" again??

again I ask, is it back on now? when Does it turn back on?

This is a one time solution, that's why it can only be set when the computer is booted.
In addition, the setting will return to its original state after restarting.
