Solved How do I change what clicking and dragging a window does?
This is a little hard to explain, but when ever you click and drag an open window, a rectangle appears and moves instead of the window moving. I'd like to know how to change it back to normal. I'm sorry for the lack of information, but here's a screenshot of what I mean.
