It seems to just be around $100.. .but you almost might as well buy a $140 pc with it preinstalled and just use that key and get a new computer for someone too...

As broe23 indicated, if you can purchase a Student version, that will cost a lot less than the regular price, which is around $100 USD.
But, be careful about being tempted for prices a lot lower than that, because those are likely to be pirated MSDN or TechNet licenses, and those will either expire or have already been blacklisted by MS.

Mark Ultimatesteal.com is not much different than newegg. But it is worth it if you need the extra license.
Also Microsoft's HUP is great for getting Office on the cheap.
