Solved Missing scheduled item

I am getting to something that I have known about, but have not found the time to look in to and resolve until today.

Even on Windows 7 machines this item appears. On my Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit machine I used AutoRuns and under scheduled tasks this item appears in pink.

I am just wondering if this is:

a) something that needs to be fixed?
b) Don't worry about it

Again, this is also on a couple of Windows 7 machines and I think my new Windows 10 machine has the same thing.

I tried running the .vbs script but it won't run from a elevated command prompt or via Task Scheduler. Neither does anything.
