Hi all ,
I'm running build 8250 64 bit all latest updates installed and have my clock set and synced to the relevant utc time for London , my machine thinks it's 6.53 am with adjustments for daylight saving - it is however around 11 p.m .

I followed the tutorial for setting time and date and am at present at an impasse .

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Hi there
might be a silly question but have you first checked the time in the BIOS before machine boots into windows.

The other thing to turn off is the automatic time recognition -- synching with some of the internet services can really screw you up -- especially say if you downloaded the windows software from the USA even though you chose input keyboard and language to be UK English (or at least I assumed you set the locale correctly).

Cheers

    0.12 GB/s (120Mb/s)
I'll give that a try , I did set the locale correctly - I should be able to set it to within a second or so in the bios .

I'm pretty sure I downloaded the software from the u.s site , Ill let you know how it goes .

Thanks
