Don't want to waste any ones time. I sent RCA a email about my problem. Just checked my email and I hope this will also help others with the same problem. I should bought a cable that has a USB to a USB. Not the Micro-USB on one end.

    Thanks anyway,

Unless you are trying to use something like Windows Easy Transfer software to move files from the desktop to the tablet, the desktop will never "recognize" your new tablet. Android and iOS phones/tablets will generally show up as another disk drive in Windows Explorer when plugged into a USB port of a Windows computer but it won't work that way using a Windows tablet.

What are you trying to accomplish? You should be able to network the desktop and tablet together as you would any other Windows machines then move files back and forth over the network.

I'm not very great with computers so first question is I would be wasting money by buying a male USB to male USB cable. So, should I get Windows Easy Transfer software.

Transfer pictures, data, music, or video's

Can you post me a tutorial or a link that would show/guide me the best or easiest way to transfer the Network way you're talking about.

Sorry that I'm a pain, but I'm trying and have learned a lot from people on this Forum and I'm thankful for the help.
