Win 8 start but dont pass logo screen

hi,
i have windows 8 single language(oem) asus laptop. a few days i got blue screen error but i couldnt read what writing bucause it turned quickly repair screen. 3 or 4 hours wait it but nothing changed.
now, computer wait in acer logo when i started and cant pass it just work
tried: with w8 single langage dvd (not me, my friends created it his laptop,)
f12 key, chosed drive inserted, booted but it wait a few minutes windows logo and turn blue screen: your pc ran into problem error, restart again, tried same error, same error...
is there any opinion help for solve this problem?

If I had to make a guess, Id say you are looking at a hardware issue. By the way it sounds probably a failed hard drive.

If you have another computer that is functional or know someone that does, ask them to download and burn Falcon Four Ultimate Boot CD to a CD/DVD for you. This has a handful of hard drive testing utilities on it which will help you identify it as a failed hard drive.

Otherwise I would say RAM issue. That same boot CD contains MemTest86. If the hard drive scans come up clean, run MemTest86 for at least 8 passes for conclusive results.

laptop with my brother/he is now chech republic im in turkey. his friend have ubuntu live dvd, tried to check (hdd) with ubuntu live(not install)
just scanned one of the programs ubuntu and found more than 1200 bad sectors. and he said sometimes there is a sound on hdd side of laptop like tık tık tık. it appear after that problem.
