Solved Compilation Error in Windows 8.1

Compiler Error Message: CS0433: The type 'ProfileCommon' exists in both 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\f3a68636\f3504d1e\assembly\dl3\c459d0d0\dc59d9f9_2ef2d001\Ihop.Website.WebDeploy.DLL' and 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\f3a68636\f3504d1e\App_Code.arbx9apd.dll'

I thought I would delete the temp files and enabled hidden files, but I can only get to here.
c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319 Temporary ASP.NET Files are not there.
Should I uninstall the .NET update that just installed?

This is coming up when I try to go to Applebee's. I would like to know how to fix it.
I thought I could delete the temp files, but I can't get past v4.0.30319.

Ok. So it is an issue with their website. Now you know what my next questions will be then. How are you connecting to the Internet (Personal or Public hotspot). What are you using to connect to the Internet and what web browser (ie Surface, laptop, other Tablet, desktop, etc.).

If you are getting that same error message with Firefox, Chrome, Chromium, Opera with only that website. It is a website issue.

I just tried applebees.com in chrome and got to the website just fine.
