Solved Stop running programs automatically when starting pc

I just got a new laptop and I don't know much about how it works, whenever i turn it on, several newly installed programms are automatically activated. I tried looking for a solution online, and I saw "install AutoRuns" a few times. Now I took a closer look at the page, and it said AutoRuns is for advanced users. Pretty noticable, I'm not. So how do I turn off the automatically starting thing?

The easiest way to disable startup programs is already part of Windows. Go to Desktop. Right click the mouse on the Taskbar. Click Task Manager. Click the Startup Tab. Any program you do not want starting with Windows right click it and click Disable in the menu.
