Windows 8 boot problem Help!
Ok I restarted my laptop.....upon reboot got the blue upgrade screen with busy icon and "Keep your PC on until this is done Installing update 1 of 1..." Its been on that screen for hours now, tried rebooting but just loads same again, no way to get into system and no restore disc. Please can anyone help.........is this a virus?
