not sure where to go for this-simple import contacts to pc from w3in phone..... Not so simple it seems

Howardforums.com has all of the info when it comes to cellphones. Usually you just sync them with gmail, or if you go into your cellular carrier store, they can pull them and place them on a USB thumb drive as a CVS.
