Sorry for the long post. I've had this Samsung all-in-one for a while. I'm not sure exactly when it started, but I was getting the sound chime for Device Disconnect (Hardware Remove.wav) and Device Connect (Hardware Insert.wav) randomly. I would happen when I was using the computer, when it was in sleep mode, basically any time. I thought it was my WD external drives causing problems, but when I finally checked the events, it was complaining of errors on my OS and Recovery partitions of my internal drive. I ran the scans of the drives and it found errors and fixed them. Any subsequent scans are clean. However, I was still getting the chimes. Looked at the events and I'm getting some Warnings and Informational events around the same time and seems to be something related to event ID 140. It seems to happen during some sort of disk check. I get 2 warnings on each partition (H: OS & F: Recovery), followed by 2 each information events (Event 26 Windows - Delayed Write Fails), then 1 each information stating that each partition is healthy (Event ID 98). What seems strange to me, is that the Warnings are showing the device name as \Device\HarddiskVolume61 and 62, but the information events saying they are healthy show as HarddiskVolume64 and 65. And they change. Earlier this morning they were marked as Volume211 & 212 for the warnings and 214 & 215 for the healthy event. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Running Windows 8.1 with Intel Core i5-3470T CPU @ 2.90 Ghz
6 GB of DDR
Intel HD graphics
1 TB 5400rpm drive
WD External My Book Live Duo (2 TB mirrored)
WD External My Book (1 TB standalone)

Here's the output from one of the Warning Event ID 140:
