So i was on my computer and i left it running the night and when i looked at it the next day my desktop icons had been moved all over like they had been purposefully jumbled up and over a 3700 screenshots were taken and saved into my Dropbox. But i thought it was probably cause the mouse was sitting on the keyboard and might have pressed on a bunch of keys doing this.
And later on i left it on another night (a week or two later) and my lock screen background had been changed to a picture taken by my webcam. so im really worried and if anyone could help it would be great

You should probably start locking your computer before you go to sleep. Download malwarebytes and do a full scan, it may take a while.

I would also be looking at being hacked. In that case I would back up whatever important data I have then use DBAN (dariks boot and nuke) thoroughly wipe the drive. After that I would reinstall Windows from scratch. May be a bit overkill, but I wouldnt want to give a chance to a sophisticated virus to come back from a simple format, at least not one that allows remote control of my system. Ive had viruses before but they were just minor annoyances so I just used Comodo and Malwarebytes to make sure it was gone. In a case of something like that though, I wouldnt want to give it anymore chance to come back than necessary.
