I hope that it is not just me that has been having issues. But these are just a few of the problems I have been experiencing since July 29th:

I upgraded only my laptop to 10 via download only to experience so many problems that I did a clean re-install back to 8.1. (too many problems to list!)

My Desktop has never been upgraded to 10 and has remained on 8.1.

Microsoft automatically keep changing the settings on both computers...including Sync, metered device, updates and Browser wether I want them to change or not!

This is causing all kinds of issues and a huge amount of time.

Additionally, I have noticed that MS are taking large volumes of data, from 'SYSTEM...Log Files'. Subsequently, I found out that 3 Updates are the cause of this...

Microsoft slips user-tracking tools into Windows 7, 8 amidst Windows 10 privacy storm | PCWorld

And each time I now switch on the computer, MS install these updates again despite me selecting 'do not update'!

This data then auto-synchronizes between my two devices.

This is getting beyond a joke as I am spending more time fixing the computers to perform the way I WANT and not what Microsoft want.

Is there anyone else out there who is having the same issues? If so, is there any way we can stop MS from automatically making these changes?

Unless you left all settings in default, that is the only way that 10 is sending your life to them.

As for the settings. Sounds like your Roaming profile got screwed up in OneDrive.
