System's making empty .tmp folders

Hi there.
I'd only want to know what's the purpose of these empty folders in my c:\
They're kinda annoying
I've already done disk cleanups but still i can't delete these things, and they keep multiplying in time

Those are folders that are created in the wrong place by the system or other programs.
You can savely remove those folders manually.

I guess you do not really remember what you have done the 25th of June that could cause this like installing a program?

i've installed once windows 10 but the os itself prohibited me to install driver updates that's why i returned back to windows 8.1 ..
Still really don't know what these folders are for

I don't know either, the names of temp folders are usually not clear for normal users.

Please check your activity on your pc and check regularly for new created temp folders.
