Windows 8.1 using up to much space in windowsxs

Hello, im trying to update to windows 10 and my tablet pc(it only has 16gb disk space) keeps saying it needs 5 gb more. My windowsxs is taking up 4.9 gb what should i do.

+ i dont have any micro sd cards to use
