I am using Windows 8.1. I have been trying to find an application that will convert a GIF file to PDF. Can somebody point me to an easy and safe application?

Thanks

I'm not sure what the best solution is as it's not something I've needed to do before, however I can confirm PDF24 Creator will allow you to print GIF's to PDF. With animated GIF's, it won't put the actual animation in the PDF, but rather it puts the individual frames of the animation in the PDF.

This is with Version 6. I haven't tried it with their latest version (V7) that's on their website, because V7 started putting it's own menu items in the Windows right-click context menu, which I hate.

What I usually do is copy a picture (such as .gif / .jpeg) and paste / insert it on Microsoft Word - the safest application out there.

Hit Save As, set the filename and change the file type to .pdf, then click Save.

I appreciate your answers to my question. I just don't have the confidence or expertise to address some of my problems, but your feedback gives me what I need!
