Windows explorer crashes whenever i right click an icon

For some reason my "windows explorer" application crashes everytime I right click an icon. Whenever I try to update my computer it gives me an error saying "Error code 8007041D." When I try to troubleshoot the problem it says "starting bits service" then it just says that for infinity. I do not know what i have done wrong, or I would have been able to fix it. I would like some help and would appreciate any help! if you need any more info about anything just ask for more. This is my last ditch effort after looking over multiple forums and finding nothing that is solving my problem. Thanks!

What exactly are you trying to update that gives you this error?
