    Try following in command prompt
    Code:
    diskpart
    list disk
select disk [number] (number of the disk you want, if you have 1, type 0(zero), if you have multiple type choose the number of the disk that contains windows)
    list partition
select partition [number] (choose the partition number that contains windows installation)
    active
Everything between () is for information, don't type it in command prompt
The [] also don't type it, just the numbers.

    For example

Unfortunately I wouldn't know what to do further, I'll do some research and hope to find something.

How many partitions do you have and what types are they?
Please make a photo of it.

    Aha!
After running: chkdsk c: /f /r /x it came up with a error. The line that the error was on goes like this:
    A disk read error occurredc0000185
Correcting error in index $I30 for file 35
CHKDSK discovered free sapce marked as allocated in the bitmap for index $I30 for 35
Sorting index $I30 in file 35
