I've tried 6 times in the last week to get Win 10.
It takes an hr. to download but then HANGS UP on the installation portion and
gives me an error code 80070005. Why is this happening?

Download the
ISO mount the ISO from within windows 8 start the upgrade, Some people have better luck getting the upgrade to run this way.
