Start up taking forever

Hey everyone,
As of two days ago my computer has been taking forever to start up and open basic programs after shutdown. It usually takes about 45 minutes before letting me sign in, and then multiple hours to open a program. Once I get something open it seems to work normally again, but I'd really like to be able to restart my computer without taking 3+ hours.

Any help you have is appreciated!

Press win logo + r, type msconfig, go to services tab, click on hide microsoft services and disable everything.
Go to task manager, go to startup tab and disable everything.
Restart the computer.

Does it take about an hour to start?
