Fn key does not work Acer Aspire

Hello! I've had my Acer Aspire for a few years and out of nowhere the fn key is not working. I've tried most everything I found on google and other forums on here and nothing worked, I have no idea what to do.. I reinstalled Acer Launch Manager 2x (it said it couldn't copy some files though? I'm not sure if that's what is needed or not) and am at a loss.. Thank you for your time.

I don't know if this will help, but I have a Dell laptop and a couple of days ago the 'Fn' key which I use to turn the touchpad off (I use a mouse) stopped working.
I updated the touchpad driver and all is well.
