i upgraded from win 8,1 to win 10 and my laptop is not playing bass (my phone is playing more) even wen i put it on max bass settings, is it the update or is my bass broken?

Did you reinstall your sound driver software? There are certain items that do not carry over when you go from 8.1 to 10. Or even get installed when you do a clean install with 10.
