Jumplists have gone wrong after a reset.

Hello everybody, I have looked everywhere on the internet and I can not find a solution anywhere at all! My issue is that when I right click on an icon that is on the taskbar, the jumplist which comes up looks extremely different to how it used to look, I have wiped my laptop 2-3 times before for several reasons and this is the first time that this has happened! The icons are out of place, the jumplist matches the colour of the start screen and the menu looks wider than normal. I thought this place would be the best place to come to find some answers!
