Jumplists have gone wrong after a reset.

Hello everybody, I have looked everywhere on the internet and I can not find a solution anywhere at all! My issue is that when I right click on an icon that is on the taskbar, the jumplist which comes up looks extremely different to how it used to look, I have wiped my laptop 2-3 times before for several reasons and this is the first time that this has happened! The icons are out of place, the jumplist matches the colour of the start screen and the menu looks wider than normal. I thought this place would be the best place to come to find some answers!

(There should be a screenshot within the next post)
    Many Thanks.

Am I getting something wrong?? in Windows Updates & Activation
Is it true that if by 5/13/14 one does not install the Update 1 to Windows 8.1 then it will render the system deprived from future security patches? I thought that like with other Windows versions, Windows Update will install all required updates at any time, keeping the system updated with no...
Something went wrong in Sound & Audio
I tried downloading realtek audio. But something went horribly wrong during the setup wizard. After one round of clicking the finish setup wizard and restart, it fired back up to install once again. But I told it to cancel. Was it not done, I do not know. But since that, sound no longer began to...
What went wrong in General Support

So for the first time ever as soon as Windows 8 was released I purchased it. In the past I have always...
