many people have such problem .I find solution for this problem myself
win+R
type msconfig
in general tab select "selective stratup" put check mark load system service and load startup item
in boot tab check"safe boot"
aplay
ok
and restart pc
then win+R
msconfig
uncheck sfe boot
aplay ok restart
